This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel business expansion within the Ontario team.
• Manage a sales territory while establishing and nurturing robust customer relationships.
• Identify new sales opportunities and achieve territory sales objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain existing business through competitive conversions and increases in market share.
• Achieve annual sales targets and relevant sales metrics.
• Foster relationships with clinic owners, dispensers, and audiologists.
• Keep precise records of customer contacts, appointments, call notes, and other details in the CRM system.
• Develop and deliver annual territory business plans and quarterly business review updates to the RSM, Director of Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and execute technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Assess territory performance against sales predictions, budgets, new-account goals, discount levels, and gross margins, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Ensure that territory sales activities adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Educate in-house staff and customers on Company products and services.
• Represent the Company at conferences, trade shows, seminars, and workshops alongside the Marketing team, including creating and presenting slide decks.
• A relevant post-secondary degree is mandatory.
• Formal training in hearing care (Audiology, HIS) is required.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or hearing aid clinic environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills, combined with technical proficiency.
• Capability to represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50% - 70%) within the territory and occasionally to Canada or internationally.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce.com), Excel, and PowerPoint software.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex environment with a variety of tasks (sales, training, tech support, telephone support, etc.).
• Must possess a reliable vehicle (no older than 6 years) and hold a valid driver’s license.
