This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead business expansion while managing a designated sales territory.
• Enhance and sustain current business relationships while fostering new opportunities through competitive conversions and market share enhancement.
• Achieve yearly sales targets and related performance metrics.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with clinic owners, dispensers, and audiologists.
• Keep precise and current CRM records, encompassing customer contacts, appointments, and call notes.
• Develop and present an annual business strategy for the territory.
• Present territory strategies and quarterly business review updates to the Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Assess territory performance against sales forecasts, budgets, new-account objectives, discount levels, and gross margins, implementing actions to enhance performance.
• Ensure that territory sales activities adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Educate in-house staff and customers on Company products and services.
• Collaborate with Marketing during conferences, trade shows, seminars, and workshops, which includes developing and presenting slide presentations.
• A relevant post-secondary degree is necessary.
• Formal education in hearing care (Audiology, HIS) is required.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or hearing aid clinic environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills paired with technical proficiency.
• Capability to represent the Company in a professional and courteous fashion.
• Regular travel (50%–70%) within the territory and occasionally to Canada or internationally.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce.com), Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate a complex environment with diverse tasks, including sales, training, technical support, and telephone assistance.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle that is no more than 6 years old.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
