This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the domains of water hygiene, Legionella, water treatment, and compliance.
• Establish and nurture relationships with facilities managers, estates teams, property professionals, contractors, and other key decision-makers.
• Generate and oversee a sales pipeline from the initial contact phase through to contract finalization.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
• Comprehend customer needs and collaborate with operational teams to create appropriate solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and commercial presentations.
• Enhance existing accounts and recognize opportunities for additional services.
• Keep precise records of opportunities, activities, and pipeline advancements.
• Work in tandem with internal operational and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition of new business.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the water compliance field.
• Represent TWC in a professional manner and foster long-term client partnerships.
• Previous experience in business development, account management, or sales within the water sector.
• Strong knowledge of water hygiene, Legionella compliance, water treatment, or related services.
• Familiarity with Legionella risk assessments, water hygiene monitoring, remedial works, sampling, and associated compliance services.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and developing accounts.
• Confidence in engaging with clients at various levels, from operational contacts to senior decision-makers.
• Capability to independently manage a sales pipeline and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
• Commercial insight and comfort in discussing pricing, proposals, and contract opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and adept at working autonomously.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as necessary.
• Prior experience in the water industry is crucial; this is not an entry-level sales position.
