This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the water hygiene, Legionella, water treatment, and compliance sectors.
• Establish relationships with facilities managers, estates teams, property professionals, contractors, and other key decision-makers.
• Generate and oversee a sales pipeline from the initial contact to the contract award stage.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
• Comprehend customer needs and collaborate with operational teams to create suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Enhance existing accounts and pinpoint opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain precise records of opportunities, activities, and pipeline progress.
• Work together with internal operational and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition of new business.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the water compliance industry.
• Represent TWC in a professional manner and foster long-term client partnerships.
• Prior experience in business development, account management, or sales within the water sector.
• Essential experience within the water industry.
• Strong knowledge of water hygiene, Legionella compliance, water treatment, or related services.
• Understanding of Legionella risk assessments, water hygiene monitoring, remedial works, sampling, and associated compliance services.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and developing accounts.
• Confidence in interacting with clients at various levels, from operational contacts to senior decision-makers.
• Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and sustain momentum throughout the sales process.
• Commercial acumen and comfort discussing pricing, proposals, and contract opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working autonomously.
• A valid UK driving license.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
