This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Serve as the liaison between Caesarstone and stone fabricators, architects, designers, kitchen and bath retailers, builders, general contractors, and stone suppliers within the assigned territory.
• Propel revenue growth and cultivate robust relationships with key clients.
• Create customer account strategies, oversee current accounts, and seek out new business opportunities.
• Manage and foster existing accounts for long-term collaborations.
• Comprehend customer needs, preferences, and project specifications to deliver customized solutions.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the Sales Manager and provide regular updates on account activities, including status and call reports.
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor, maintain, analyze, and manage customer requirements.
• Sustain existing relationships and establish new ones through client visits and product knowledge presentations.
• Formulate and execute customer and sales plans aimed at business expansion.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the premium countertop sector.
• Conduct market research and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to synchronize strategies with organizational objectives.
• Become knowledgeable about Caesarstone's premium countertop product line and effectively communicate product value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, and finalize sales deals to achieve or surpass quarterly and annual targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
• Keep accurate CRM records and present performance metrics to management.
• Partner with Order Fulfillment, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and membership associations.
• Travel locally 75% of the time using a company vehicle to engage with current and prospective clients.
• A valid and current state driver's license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales, business development, or account management experience in a related role.
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Skilled in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with a knack for building rapport and trust.
• Capability to analyze market trends, spot opportunities, and create effective sales strategies.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Promptly respond to internal and external customer needs and uphold commitments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in utilizing technology applications, especially MS Excel and CRM or SalesForce software.
• Experience in building materials, interior design, or construction is advantageous.
• Preferred experience in the stone industry.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including occasional weekends and overnight travel.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
