This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Serve as a liaison between Caesarstone and various stakeholders including stone fabricators, architects, designers, kitchen and bath retailers, builders, general contractors, and stone suppliers.
• Propel revenue growth and cultivate robust relationships with key clientele.
• Formulate customer account strategies, oversee current accounts, and discover new business opportunities.
• Comprehend customer needs, preferences, and project specifications to offer customized solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Sales Manager, providing updates on account activity, status, and call reports.
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor, analyze, and manage customer requirements and relationship records.
• Sustain existing relationships and forge new ones through networking, customer visits, and product knowledge presentations.
• Create and execute customer and sales strategies aimed at business expansion.
• Seek out and pursue new sales opportunities within the premium countertop sector.
• Conduct market research and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Develop and implement sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
• Work in partnership with sales teams and management to ensure alignment of strategies with corporate goals.
• Become knowledgeable about Caesarstone’s premium countertop offerings and clearly communicate product value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, and close sales to achieve or surpass quarterly and annual goals.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
• Present performance metrics to management.
• Collaborate with Order Fulfillment, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional associations.
• Must reside in the designated region: Savannah, GA or Jacksonville, FL areas.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within a similar capacity.
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Skilled in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Ability to respond swiftly to customer needs and uphold commitments.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable using technology, specifically MS Excel and CRM or Salesforce applications.
• Proficient in using desktop computers and peripherals, requiring manual dexterity.
• Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
• Flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends and overnight travel.
• Experience in building materials, interior design, or construction is advantageous.
