This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Propel revenue growth and cultivate relationships with key clientele.
• Serve as a liaison between Caesarstone and stone fabricators, architects, designers, retailers, builders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Formulate customer account strategies, oversee current accounts, and pinpoint new business opportunities.
• Foster relationships with existing accounts and deliver customized solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Sales Manager, providing updates on account activities and call reports.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor, assess, and manage customer needs.
• Network through customer visits and sessions presenting product knowledge.
• Create and implement customer and sales strategies.
• Seek out new sales opportunities within the premium countertop sector.
• Conduct market analysis and sustain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams and management.
• Gain expertise on Caesarstone's premium countertop offerings and convey product value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, and successfully close sales deals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics.
• Maintain CRM documentation and present performance metrics to management.
• Work alongside Order Fulfillment, Operations, and Logistics teams.
• Attend industry gatherings, trade exhibitions, and professional associations.
• Must reside in the designated Savannah, GA or Jacksonville, FL area.
• Possess a valid current state driver's license.
• A minimum of 3 years in sales, business development, or account management in a comparable role.
• Proven history of meeting and surpassing sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Skilled in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capacity to analyze market trends, recognize opportunities, and formulate sales strategies.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to respond swiftly to customer requirements and fulfill commitments.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient with technology applications, particularly MS Excel and CRM or Salesforce software.
• Capability to operate desktop computers and associated peripherals, necessitating manual dexterity.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and overnight travel.
• Experience in building materials, interior design, or construction is a plus.
• Company vehicle provided for 75% of local travel.
