This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage daily sales operations for the Asset Management Division.
• Engage with major clients and prepare detailed sales reports.
• Create and execute sales strategies, plans, along with marketing and promotional activities.
• Analyze existing accounts to identify additional services and market business-to-business offerings.
• Formulate sales plans targeting K-12 schools, higher education institutions, affordable housing, as well as federal, state, and local government sectors.
• Travel to client locations throughout the U.S. by plane, automobile, or train, up to 25% of the workweek/month.
• Identify, qualify, prospect, propose, upsell, and finalize new business opportunities.
• Follow up and convert leads established with the Executive Vice President of Sales.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Respond to client inquiries for information, quotes, and proposals within strict deadlines.
• Represent clients within Bureau Veritas to address issues, develop solutions, and ensure project completion.
• Manage, train, plan, assign, and direct the work of the sales team as necessary.
• Represent Bureau Veritas at industry conferences and events.
• Promote services from other business divisions.
• Utilize Salesforce and report weekly/monthly activities and progress to management.
• Compile transaction details for proposals and qualification statements.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends.
• Provide timely, proactive customer service and solutions.
• Adhere to Bureau Veritas policies, procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field, or 5–8 years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling services within the Asset Advisory sector.
• Ability to navigate complex, relationship-driven sales processes.
• Valid driver's license required with no significant points or violations on the motor vehicle record.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
• Capable of effectively presenting information and answering questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff.
• Competent in identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Able to interpret a wide range of instructions and work with both abstract and concrete variables.
• Proficient with computers, word processing software, spreadsheet applications, and project management tools.
• Ability to inspire, develop, and direct individuals.
• Strong time management, active listening, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Must maintain a constant state of alertness and safety.
• Ability to work effectively from a remote location.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
