📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and evaluate new business opportunities within airlines, MROs, CAMOs, lessors, and spare parts suppliers.

• Conduct research on prospects to gain insights into fleet profiles, regulatory landscapes, and maintenance and airworthiness challenges.

• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and managing inbound leads.

• Develop proposals, quotations, and sales documentation in collaboration with product and pre-sales teams.

• Align OASES modules with customer specifications.

• Assist in client presentations, software demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, including Maintenance & Engineering Directors, CAMO Managers, Heads of Airworthiness, IT, and Procurement leads.

• Work together with marketing, product, customer success, professional services, and support teams to ensure a smooth transition and long-term customer satisfaction.

• Achieve and surpass sales activity and performance targets.

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

• Familiarity with outbound sales strategies across B2B/enterprise sales cycles.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.

• Comfortable selling in technical or operational environments and engaging with technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in English (additional languages are beneficial).

• Previous experience in aviation, MRO/CAMO, or enterprise/SaaS software is preferred.

• Understanding of continuing airworthiness, maintenance planning, or fleet management concepts is a significant advantage.

• Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO, FAA) is preferred.

• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events is preferred.

• A team player who is ambitious and eager to advance within an international organization.

🏝️ Benefits

• Work at the intersection of aviation and technology, assisting airlines, MROs, and CAMOs in remaining safe, compliant, and airworthy.

• Sell software that addresses genuine regulatory and operational challenges for engineering directors, CAMO managers, and airworthiness leads—rather than a commodity product.

• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing, with direct support from the Head of Sales, product, and pre-sales teams.

• Develop in-depth, hard-to-replicate expertise in the specialized aviation MRO/CAMO software sector.

• Enjoy the agility of a dedicated aviation specialist backed by the resources and knowledge of the broader Valsoft group.
