This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate new business opportunities within airlines, MROs, CAMOs, lessors, and spare parts suppliers.
• Conduct research on prospects to gain insights into fleet profiles, regulatory landscapes, and maintenance and airworthiness challenges.
• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and managing inbound leads.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and sales documentation in collaboration with product and pre-sales teams.
• Align OASES modules with customer specifications.
• Assist in client presentations, software demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, including Maintenance & Engineering Directors, CAMO Managers, Heads of Airworthiness, IT, and Procurement leads.
• Work together with marketing, product, customer success, professional services, and support teams to ensure a smooth transition and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and surpass sales activity and performance targets.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Familiarity with outbound sales strategies across B2B/enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable selling in technical or operational environments and engaging with technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (additional languages are beneficial).
• Previous experience in aviation, MRO/CAMO, or enterprise/SaaS software is preferred.
• Understanding of continuing airworthiness, maintenance planning, or fleet management concepts is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO, FAA) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events is preferred.
• A team player who is ambitious and eager to advance within an international organization.
• Work at the intersection of aviation and technology, assisting airlines, MROs, and CAMOs in remaining safe, compliant, and airworthy.
• Sell software that addresses genuine regulatory and operational challenges for engineering directors, CAMO managers, and airworthiness leads—rather than a commodity product.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing, with direct support from the Head of Sales, product, and pre-sales teams.
• Develop in-depth, hard-to-replicate expertise in the specialized aviation MRO/CAMO software sector.
