This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive growth initiatives, manage key accounts, and cultivate new partnerships for designated Ancora Business Units.
• Oversee a specific geographic area or sector to achieve predetermined objectives.
• Formulate and execute strategies for key account and territory management.
• Recognize partnership opportunities and craft business plans and strategies for both new and existing partners.
• Establish and nurture relationships with employers and community partners to ascertain workforce training requirements across CDL, skilled trades, and tailored programs.
• Propel new business development through proactive outreach, discovery calls, and strategic alliances.
• Create and deliver training proposals, pricing structures, and service contracts in collaboration with operations, compliance, and leadership teams.
• Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from the initial engagement to contract finalization and transition to internal delivery teams.
• Monitor pipeline activities, forecasts, and performance metrics within CRM systems.
• Engage with senior management and leadership teams to strengthen relationships and secure partnerships and training opportunities.
• Enhance existing corporate accounts through expanded, value-driven partnerships.
• Manage interactions with key stakeholders and agencies within business unit locations and communities.
• Facilitate strategy and quarterly review meetings to assess and refine partnerships.
• Present new product offerings and enhancements to stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and their implications for partner relationships.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, encompassing a blend of leading an admissions, business development, or B2B sales team and crafting and executing market management and key strategic plans to deliver results.
• Background in strategic planning, general management, and marketing of Ancora products, particularly in the trucking, logistics, and heavy freight sectors.
• Proven experience in leadership and human capital development.
• Experience in leading D2C, B2B, B2G, and B2E sales along with community partnerships is advantageous.
• Capacity to identify business opportunities and evaluate agency and employer partner needs for tailored solutions.
• Ability to influence relationships at all professional levels and structures within the organization and externally.
• Highly adept at networking, relationship-building, and negotiation.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Proficient in oral, written, and verbal communication.
• Capability to function within a matrixed organization and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer navigation, tasks, and multiple applications.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while working remotely.
• Adaptability with scheduling, as travel is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Chat, and Gmail.
• Proficient in solving complex problems and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
