This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with automotive dealerships, collision centers, and repair facilities through in-person service and continuous support.
• Gain insights into dealership and shop operations concerning the purchasing and selling of auto parts.
• Recognize customer challenges and devise solutions to facilitate smoother business interactions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving or surpassing targets while expanding the customer base.
• Propel market growth through cold calling, networking, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Leverage CRM systems, reporting tools, data analytics, and AI technologies to identify opportunities and monitor performance.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
• Monitor market performance and provide regular updates and reports.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales, business development, or a comparable customer-facing role with a proven history of driving growth and closing deals.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with the ability to manage a territory and take responsibility for results.
• Proficient in using technology, CRM systems, AI tools, and reporting platforms.
• Strong Excel capabilities and the ability to analyze business data, performance trends, and ROI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to suggest practical solutions.
• Preferred experience in the automotive dealership, collision, repair, parts, or related industries.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
