This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities within Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and select markets in the Southwest U.S.
• Build and cultivate a client portfolio, establishing long-term, high-value relationships with customers.
• Oversee the complete sales process from initial prospecting and technical discussions to contract negotiations and project follow-ups.
• Provide initial technical support and determine suitable solutions for clients.
• Serve as a technical-commercial liaison for customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Production teams both in the U.S. and France.
• Facilitate technical communications and ensure effective project management.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Enhance the company's commercial footprint and expedite business development in the region.
• Report directly to the BU Manager – Southwest.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B technical sales or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical/electronic, electromechanical, aerospace, or related fields) or equivalent technical expertise acquired through professional experience.
• Ideally, experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, connectivity solutions, or other high-tech industrial sectors.
• Experience in selling engineered components, custom technical solutions, or products designed for harsh environments is a plus.
• Possess a balanced technical and commercial profile.
• Capability to engage in intricate technical discussions while advancing business development and negotiations.
• Proactive, persistent, hands-on, reliable, and results-driven.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Texas or willing to relocate.
• Available for regular travel within the assigned territory.
• Significant autonomy in territory development.
