This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the Industrial OEM sector.
• Create and implement strategic business development plans aimed at penetrating new markets and boosting product sales.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to offer actionable insights for the sales team and leadership.
• Formulate pricing strategies and negotiate contract terms with clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including OEM partners, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring effective communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and needs.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, and cold calling efforts.
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to secure sales with OEM clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working alongside cross-functional teams to execute contracts.
• Collaborate with the existing Rep Channel as required.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
• Work with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to customize solutions.
• Offer input to marketing on promotional activities and materials.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and product delivery.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within an industrial OEM or manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and effectively manage relationships with key industrial clients.
• Knowledge of industrial pressure, flow, and analytical technologies is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and technical teams.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical products and convey them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
