Business Development Lead – India

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Drive growth in territory and enhance CGM adoption among healthcare providers and institutions.

• Discover new business opportunities and broaden Dexcom’s market reach.

• Meet territory KPIs and achieve market share goals.

• Ensure demand fulfillment, manage channels, and guarantee product availability.

• Establish connections with endocrinologists, diabetologists, physicians, diabetes educators, hospitals, and healthcare networks.

• Advocate for Dexcom CGM through clinical discussions, educational initiatives, and product demonstrations.

• Assist in the integration of CGM technology into standard patient care practices.

• Provide product training, workshops, webinars, and onboarding assistance.

• Act as a resource for clinical, product, and technical knowledge.

• Manage strategic accounts, key opinion leaders, hospitals, and diabetes centers.

• Create account plans to enhance partnerships and improve patient access.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support and resolution of issues.

• Represent Dexcom at conferences, workshops, and scientific gatherings.

• Implement marketing strategies, monitor territory performance, and assess market opportunities.

• Maintain precise CRM records, forecasts, and business reports.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Education, Patient Support, and Operations teams.

• Share market insights and contribute to strategic business initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, or biomedical engineering.

• 10–15 years of relevant experience.

• Practical experience in the cardio-metabolic/diabetology market in India.

• Proven track record in leading healthcare professional education initiatives, patient awareness campaigns, and strategies for new product launches and adoption.

• Capability to function as an individual contributor across various geographies.

• Willingness and ability to travel within the designated territory.

• Experience in the CGM business and the Medtech sector is a plus.

• Compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable Indian laws and regulations.
