
Business Development Lead, Care Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of mid-market health system opportunities from initial contact through to launch.
• Establish and nurture relationships with leaders at the Director level and above in care management, population health, and clinical operations.
• Manage outbound efforts and oversee inbound leads within designated states.
• Formulate account strategies aimed at fostering long-term adoption.
• Assist Associate Principals with research, preparation, and account management for enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partner Success, Product, and Operations to ensure successful implementations.
• Represent Headway to leaders in care management and clinical operations.
• Contribute to the mentoring and development of the expanding BDR team.
• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive business development or sales experience in healthcare, health technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in selling to health systems, clinics, or provider organizations.
• Strong understanding of care management workflows.
• Capability to build relationships with leaders in care management, population health, and clinical operations at the Director level and above.
• Proficient in managing a sales pipeline from start to finish: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey Headway's value proposition with credibility.
• Experience in running outbound initiatives and managing inbound leads across assigned territories.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
