Business Development Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assist the team in developing activities for the online incubator for startups and expanding business opportunities.

• Manage applications for Startup Builder and Startup Booster, analyzing and selecting startups for admission.

• Maintain constant communication and provide operational support to selected startups and the Startupper community.

• Review the deliverables of startups and provide constructive feedback.

• Support inbound sales activities and the creation of new business opportunities.

• Offer 1:1 support to teams participating in incubation and acceleration programs.

• Monitor and analyze performance data of the incubator and incubated startups, providing periodic reports.

• Collaborate with mentors and teams for strategic alignment and manage open innovation activities with corporate partners.

• Engage in activities for the Investors' Club, including startup scouting and value creation for the investor network.

• A strong curiosity and interest in the startup ecosystem along with a basic understanding of its operations.

• A 10X interest in startups and innovation.

• Analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Initiative and proactivity.

• Capability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
