This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Benefits sales team by gathering, organizing, reporting, and analyzing data using Excel and AI-enhanced tools.
• Perform market research to identify potential clients, industries, and growth prospects.
• Help maintain prospect databases, pipeline reports, business development trackers, and sales dashboards.
• Evaluate complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Create client-facing presentations, sales materials, reports, and communications for business development.
• Engage in lead generation efforts by identifying prospects and conducting market research.
• Aid business development outreach and activities aimed at building relationships.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and team members on strategic projects and initiatives for growth.
• Support process improvement initiatives across business development operations.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas that promote client engagement and organizational advancement.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
• Strong passion for sales, business development, relationship management, or analytics.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and adeptness with handling large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Self-driven with a strong eagerness to learn and make valuable contributions.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Candidates must reside and remain physically located within the United States for the entire duration of the internship.
• Prior experience in internships, leadership roles, sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, market research, or business intelligence projects is desirable.
• Experience with AI-driven productivity, research, or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Interest in the insurance, employee benefits, consulting, or financial services sectors is advantageous.
