This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Identify, target, and secure new B2B accounts within the interior design sector, including design firms, hotels, and hospitality organizations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of major accounts to foster repeat purchases and ensure long-term client retention.
• Conduct both inbound and outbound calls directly to prospective trade and hospitality clients.
• Utilize AI tools for effective prospecting, list creation, messaging, and follow-up.
• Implement and manage AI-driven workflows to enhance productivity and accelerate deal closure.
• Craft prompts, validate the outputs of AI, and refine processes based on performance metrics.
• Take ownership of funnel metrics and monitor pipeline health.
• Enhance CRM discipline, ensure consistency in reporting, and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Establish processes for lead routing, opportunity tracking, and follow-up procedures.
• Explore methods to shorten sales cycles and boost conversion rates.
• Coordinate transitions with the owner of inbound and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and vendor teams on inventory management and special orders.
• Report directly to the Director of Digital Merchandising & Strategy.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Ideally, experience in trade, design, hospitality, or a similar relationship-oriented, high-touch sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing new accounts.
• Capability to work independently and remotely.
• Self-discipline to manage a pipeline without daily supervision.
• Familiarity or comfort with using AI tools for prospecting and outreach processes.
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in serving as the primary contact and handling calls directly with prospects.
