This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for Wall Street Prep’s individual programs, encompassing prospecting, qualification, pitching, follow-up, and closing.
• Identify and convert opportunities within WSP’s database of previous learners, alumni, engaged leads, and potential customers.
• Design and implement cold outreach campaigns aimed at finance professionals in sectors such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, Big Four deal teams, and similar industries.
• Identify prospective customers and accounts utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, and various sales prospecting platforms.
• Create customized outreach for discerning finance professionals.
• Manage sales opportunities for self-pay and employer-reimbursed clients, adjusting the approach based on the buyer and purchasing process.
• Assist employer-sponsored prospects in formulating business cases for approval from managers, HR, or Learning & Development teams.
• Collaborate with WSP’s enterprise sales team regarding account management and existing institutional clients.
• Work alongside Marketing and Demand Generation to enhance messaging, targeting, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on pipeline performance categorized by source, buyer type, and program.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the sales playbook for a new revenue channel.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle sales experience or experience in a high-performing business development or client-facing role within an expert network, research firm, financial services company, or similar high-volume setting.
• Proven capability to prospect, establish relationships, and create opportunities through outbound efforts.
• Strong enthusiasm for financial services, professional education, and career progression.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized outreach for senior finance professionals.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the refinement and credibility necessary to engage with bankers, investors, and other sophisticated professionals.
• Commercially driven mindset and eagerness to develop closing skills while directly managing revenue.
• Proficiency in navigating self-pay and employer-reimbursed purchasing processes.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; capable of managing a large volume of prospects and opportunities.
• Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a willingness to test, learn, and enhance the sales process.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in environments where the playbook is still evolving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in selling premium professional education, certifications, executive education, or similar offerings is advantageous.
• Experience in an expert network or similar client-service organization is a plus.
• Uncapped commission based on a percentage of closed revenue.
• Target first-year OTE of $120,000.
