This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture new strategic partnerships with incident response collaborators and current TransUnion clients to enhance TransUnion solutions and generate additional revenue.
• Cultivate preferred vendor relationships with key law firms and establish connections with cyber insurance panelists.
• Oversee ongoing strategic partnerships with incident response collaborators and clients concerning incident response solutions.
• Investigate industry developments and offer education and consultation to both clients and sales personnel.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape from both solution and financial viewpoints to assist in assessing TransUnion’s product offerings.
• Identify opportunities for product development and leverage data to enhance products or services.
• Organize and lead resources for client-facing business review sessions.
• Collaborate with Business Development Executives, Market Planners, and Product Consultants to promote the adoption of new product initiatives.
• Manage potential RFPs and oversee contract renewals.
• Partner with Client Success Management to guarantee the successful implementation of solutions and projects, ensuring expected customer ROI.
• Maintain sales and operational resources for client interactions.
• Lead the resolution of issues while documenting challenges and root causes to prevent future occurrences.
• Coordinate the sales process by securing internal resources, scheduling meetings, assigning tasks, and managing responses.
• Build strong relationships with accounting, operations, and other sales teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of incident response experience with a well-established industry network.
• 4 years of experience in business development and relationship management, or 5 years in related fields or functional areas.
• Proven track record in new business development and relationship management.
• Expertise in incident response strategies and solution applications.
• Experience in strategic account planning and development.
• Extensive experience in coordinating reactive response strategies with incident response partners, including breach coaches, cyber insurers, and PR firms.
• Understanding of the regulatory and legislative framework supporting incident response strategies.
• Capability to support and execute a go-to-market strategy to capture market share and enhance market penetration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage and connect with clients comfortably and confidently.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
