Business Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a targeted business development strategy aimed at achieving set revenue objectives.

• Actively seek out new leads and opportunities.

• Primarily sell outplacement and career transition services, with the potential to expand into coaching and additional offerings.

• Interact with CPOs, HRDs, Heads of HR, COOs, and MDs throughout the UK and Ireland.

• Oversee the complete sales process, which includes discovery, solution shaping, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, closing deals, and handover.

• Manage and grow key accounts to encourage repeat business and increase market share.

• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and conferences.

• Enhance brand visibility through networking and social media platforms.

• Utilize Salesforce to track activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide discussions and service innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated consultative B2B sales experience, preferably 5+ years, in professional services, people solutions, or HR-related offerings.

• Established history of generating new business and creating sales pipelines.

• Must possess confidence and credibility when engaging with senior HR decision-makers.

• Strong planning, organizational skills, and commercial acumen, including the ability to forecast effectively.

• Experience in outplacement, coaching, career transition, assessment, or HR services is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ideally located in the South East, including London/M25/M4 corridor, Surrey, Berkshire, or Hertfordshire.

• Willingness to undertake some national travel.
