This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive growth in new business by identifying, qualifying, and securing opportunities within designated territories and target markets.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet or surpass annual revenue and pipeline objectives.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and finalization.
• Create a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
• Enhance business within current client accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers within corporate legal departments, law firms, and targeted organizations.
• Comprehend client challenges and position Park IP solutions to fulfill their strategic goals.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with Operations, Program Directors, Project Managers, and Solution teams on proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), pricing, and commercial solutions.
• Partner with the global commercial team on value propositions, sales strategies, and service offerings.
• Provide insights on market intelligence, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
• Maintain opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
• Deliver 30-, 60-, and 90-day sales forecasts along with regular updates on sales performance.
• Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities in Intellectual Property, Legal Services, and technology sectors.
• Represent Park IP at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events.
• Advocate for Park IP’s expertise, technology, and value proposition in the legal and intellectual property markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Significant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Legal Services, Intellectual Property (IP), eDiscovery, Litigation, Legal Technology, SaaS, or Legal Translation/Localization fields.
• A proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and closing complex enterprise sales opportunities.
• Experience managing both new business acquisition and strategic account growth is essential.
• Experience in multinational or global organizations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
• Travel is required to support client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
