• Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within a specified target group.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to address challenges and successfully execute projects.
• Meet all personal financial goals.
• Recognize client-specific preferences and needs, conveying tailored best practices to the team.
• Offer insights and strategies for success to the All Global Leadership team.
• Persistently develop new business opportunities while sustaining current ones.
• Track and uphold sales KPIs, along with bidding and behavioral metrics.
• Ensure full productivity while working towards defined quarterly objectives.
• Foster a dynamic, competitive, and supportive business development environment centered on account growth and prospecting.
• Maintain visibility and engagement with key accounts, building robust relationships with primary contacts.
• Make informed business decisions on bidding for studies to optimize gross profit.
• Provide mentorship to Account Managers and VPs.
• Accompany sales staff on both in-person and telephone sales meetings.
• Create strong working relationships with delivery team leaders and staff to guarantee seamless, high-quality client service from quoting through to invoicing.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent (MBA) is desirable.
• More than 10 years of experience in Sales.
• A proven history of securing new business.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and enhance the performance of sales personnel.
• Proficient in effective communication with management, clients, and internal teams.
• Strong track record of achieving targets (sales activities, quotas, margins, etc.).
• Capability to advocate for accounts internally.
• Collaborative and supportive attitude towards colleagues.
• Positive influence on coworkers and other departments.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Proven experience in issue resolution, brainstorming, and problem-solving.
