This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing accounts within the US territory.
• Create and oversee a qualified pipeline aimed at organizations that fit the specified customer profile.
• Formulate territory and account strategies that prioritize high-potential prospects.
• Transform outbound initiatives into qualified meetings with members of the sales team.
• Conduct insight-driven consultative discussions and Challenger sales dialogues.
• Customize commercial proposals to address workforce mobility challenges.
• Coordinate immigration consultants, attorneys, and advisory leads during client interactions.
• Navigate the complexities of multi-stakeholder buying committees across HR, Legal, Procurement, and Global Mobility.
• Ensure accurate data maintenance in Salesforce CRM, including staging, next steps, close dates, and deal values.
• Achieve quarterly and annual new business revenue targets.
• Provide data-driven forecasts that differentiate between commit, upside, and pipeline.
• Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, customer profile definitions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing on campaigns and content-driven demand generation.
• Represent CIBT | Newland Chase at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Build a professional presence on LinkedIn by sharing immigration insights and industry commentary.
• Identify opportunities for upselling advisory services with Newland Chase Consulting.
• Collaborate with Bid Management and Pricing teams on proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Share market intelligence and competitive insights to shape commercial strategy.
• Significant B2B new business sales experience in global mobility, travel, professional services, consulting, HR services, workforce solutions, or a similarly complex, relationship-driven environment.
• Strong experience and knowledge of the US market.
• Ability to challenge assumptions prospects may have regarding immigration risk, compliance, and costs.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers with deal sizes exceeding $500K.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales process.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, or other equivalent structured approaches.
• Strong grasp and experience in pricing, competitive positioning, and business-case development.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, along with pipeline management and forecasting.
• Fluency in English.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
• Preferred: experience in immigration services, legal, global mobility, relocation, or related workforce mobility sectors.
• Preferred: knowledge of corporate immigration buying dynamics involving HR, Legal, and Global Mobility.
• Preferred: understanding of RMC and TMC channels and their integration with broader mobility programs.
• Preferred: experience in selling within regulated or compliance-oriented environments.
• Preferred: prior exposure to Sales Development Rep-supported go-to-market strategies.
