This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct research to identify target institutions and contacts for creating focused prospect pipelines.
β’ Implement consistent outbound communications through phone calls, personalized emails, and follow-up sequences.
β’ Engage in consultative discovery conversations to uncover institutional needs and assess potential usage.
β’ Provide tailored live demonstrations of the ELSiE platform.
β’ Guide and support instructors during pilot onboarding, setup, and initial classroom execution.
β’ Track pilot progress, identify barriers to adoption, and propose actions to address stalled implementations.
β’ Collect and analyze instructor feedback to recognize systemic product and market trends.
β’ Maintain documentation of activities, ensure pipeline accuracy, and create monthly status reports within Salesforce.
β’ Collaborate with sales leaders, product teams, and the Program Director.
β’ Establish qualified pilot opportunities, assist instructors during live classroom implementations, and collect structured market evidence regarding product viability.
β’ Formulate continuation strategies for successful pilots and recruit faculty contacts for case studies or reference calls.
β’ Proven experience in executing outbound outreach (phone/email), managing client discovery, and guiding users through product onboarding.
β’ Capable of conducting problem-based discovery conversations and effectively presenting live digital product demonstrations.
β’ Practical experience in navigating and updating CRMs like Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
β’ Demonstrated ability to function effectively in early-stage product environments with evolving processes.
β’ Willingness to provide professional references or case studies that showcase success in user activation or pilot management.
β’ Preferred: Experience in higher education, edtech, or academic customer success.
β’ Preferred: Background in supporting faculty, department chairs, or instructional designers.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, simulation learning, or pilot program management.
β’ Preferred: Understanding of academic purchasing cycles or coordination of user agreements.
β’ Approximately 40 hours per week.
