This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire business development process, from identifying prospects to contract execution and client transition.
β’ Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow the client base across various sectors.
β’ Seek and engage opportunities with corporate employers, nonprofit entities, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and governmental organizations.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with executive leaders, HR professionals, hiring managers, procurement specialists, and key decision-makers within organizations.
β’ Research and evaluate RFPs, RFQs, staffing opportunities, consulting engagements, and strategic collaborations.
β’ Lead the development of proposals and work in partnership with the CEO on presentations and interviews.
β’ Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to create tailored workforce solutions.
β’ Keep an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting within ClickUp CRM.
β’ Represent Daniels Talent Solutions at networking events, conferences, industry days, and business development meetings.
β’ Forge strategic partnerships with organizations, referral sources, chambers of commerce, workforce agencies, and community groups.
β’ Stay updated on workforce trends, labor market conditions, procurement opportunities, and emerging industries.
β’ Monitor and report on metrics such as leads generated, close rates, RFP submissions, and discovery calls using CRM dashboards.
β’ Contribute to the overall growth strategy of DTS by identifying market opportunities and partnership initiatives.
β’ 7β10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of five years in leading strategic partnerships, business development, or external engagement efforts.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, consulting sales, or professional services sales.
β’ Proven success in generating measurable growth, including qualified referrals, strategic partnerships, new business opportunities, closed transactions, and sustained revenue increases.
β’ A proven history of generating new business and consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
β’ Experience managing intricate sales cycles from initial outreach to contract fulfillment.
β’ Strong consultative selling abilities and proficiency in positioning strategic workforce solutions.
β’ Experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and competitive proposals.
β’ Exceptional skills in relationship building, networking, presentation, and negotiation.
β’ Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting, metric tracking, and dashboards; preference for ClickUp.
β’ Strong organizational and project management capabilities; adept at managing multiple opportunities concurrently.
β’ Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Experience in K-12 education, edtech, nonprofit, or other social sector environments is strongly preferred.
β’ An existing network of business leaders, HR professionals, nonprofit executives, or government procurement contacts is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of government contracting, supplier diversity programs, or procurement processes is a plus.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
