This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee a portfolio of healthcare partners and referral sources to enhance referrals and attract new client visits.
• Create strategies to expand existing partnerships and establish new referral connections.
• Identify high-potential providers, practices, specialties, and healthcare organizations within designated markets.
• Utilize referral and account data to prioritize outreach, spot opportunities, and re-engage partners that are declining or inactive.
• Build relationships with physicians, APPs, practice managers, referral coordinators, care managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Execute proactive outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions when suitable.
• Educate partners on Thriveworks services, referral pathways, availability, locations, specialties, and accepted insurance plans.
• Act as a trusted point of contact across various levels of strategic accounts.
• Assist partners in navigating the Thriveworks referral process and eliminate barriers to patient access.
• Advocate for referral tools, including the Patient Referral Dashboard.
• Recognize recurring partner needs and work collaboratively to enhance the referral experience.
• Ensure follow-through on partner commitments, meetings, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct research on healthcare markets to identify new partnership possibilities.
• Establish relationships with health systems, physician groups, primary care, OB/GYN, specialty practices, urgent care, and other referral sources.
• Prioritize accounts based on referral potential, performance, and strategic importance.
• Keep accurate account and activity records in Salesforce.
• Leverage CRM, dashboards, and referral data to assess performance and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Patient Access, Billing, and other teams to meet partner needs and foster growth.
• Drive new client visits, referral growth, new and expanded partnerships, account reactivation, territory expansion, dashboard adoption, Salesforce accuracy, and Care Partnerships objectives.
• Must reside in the state of Florida.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, provider relations, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence in outbound outreach and the development of new relationships.
• Capacity to manage multiple accounts and independently prioritize opportunities.
• Proficiency in utilizing data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.
