This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Expand referral partnerships and oversee a portfolio of healthcare collaborators and referral sources.
• Formulate strategies to enhance current partnerships and establish new referral connections.
• Pinpoint high-potential providers, practices, specialties, and healthcare organizations within designated Florida markets.
• Utilize referral, account, CRM, dashboard, and performance data to prioritize outreach and opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), practice managers, referral coordinators, care managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Engage in proactive outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions when suitable.
• Inform partners about Thriveworks services, referral pathways, availability, locations, specialties, and accepted insurances.
• Assist partners in navigating the referral process and eliminating barriers to patient access.
• Encourage the use of referral tools, including the Patient Referral Dashboard.
• Investigate healthcare markets and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Ensure accurate account and activity records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Patient Access, Billing, and other departments.
• Meet objectives for referral growth, new client visits, partnership expansion, account reactivation, dashboard adoption, Salesforce accuracy, and Care Partnerships goals.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, provider relations, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence in outbound outreach and in establishing new relationships.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities autonomously.
• Proficiency in utilizing data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
