This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, research, and qualify potential healthcare clients, including hospitals and health systems.
• Conduct market analysis on industry trends, organizational challenges, and potential opportunities.
• Support outbound lead generation initiatives through email, phone, LinkedIn, and various outreach channels.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings between prospective clients and HealthLinx leadership.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.
• Maintain precise prospect and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, outreach initiatives, and pipeline progression.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to transition prospects into client engagement.
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers.
• Follow up on opportunities to move prospects through the sales process.
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing professional written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to confidently engage with healthcare leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote setting.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and results-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proven professionalism, integrity, and relationship-building abilities.
• Preferred experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, or client-facing roles.
• Preferred experience with lead generation, prospecting, and market research.
• Exposure to healthcare, healthcare consulting, or professional services environments is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
