This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in implementing CHI's business development strategy and achieving annual growth goals.
• Support activities related to prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and pipeline creation.
• Organize and follow up on business development meetings, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Develop presentations, briefing materials, outreach strategies, and meeting summaries for leadership.
• Provide support for conference participation, lead acquisition, and post-event follow-ups.
• Facilitate customer and stakeholder education via webinars, information sessions, and presentations.
• Partner with the Marketing team on outreach initiatives, lead nurturing, and market awareness efforts.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners among FQHCs and community health centers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities with FQHCs, health systems, payers, and community-based organizations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, healthcare market changes, and emerging strategic opportunities.
• Investigate federal and state initiatives, funding prospects, reimbursement frameworks, and policy changes impacting FQHCs and healthcare providers.
• Collect data to evaluate barriers, supportive conditions, and partnership opportunities for Centering implementation and expansion.
• Generate market analysis reports, stakeholder maps, and partnership briefs for leadership evaluation.
• Document insights gained from external meetings and engagements.
• Distribute market intelligence and partnership insights to the Business Development, Health Policy, and Marketing teams.
• Produce pipeline reports, activity reports, dashboard updates, and business development metrics.
• Monitor projects and reporting using Salesforce, Monday.com, or other organizational tools.
• Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures for business development processes.
• Report to the Senior Business Development Manager and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, partnership development, account management, healthcare administration, nonprofit development, or a related field.
• Experience in research, data management, and supporting client or stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Robust research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize information and present findings in a clear manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and professional behavior.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and learning.
• At least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination is required before the start date, with full vaccination required within 30 days unless an exemption is approved.
• Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), Doula, or other healthcare professional is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare organizations, public health, FQHCs, healthcare consulting, or nonprofit organizations is preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and industry terminology is preferred.
