This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Assist in outbound business development efforts aimed at institutional investors, wealth managers, family offices, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and alternative asset managers.
• Contribute to prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach initiatives through various channels including email, LinkedIn, conferences, and more.
• Conduct research on potential clients to uncover new business opportunities.
• Organize and monitor business development activities throughout the sales pipeline.
• Engage in client meetings, conference calls, and initiatives focused on relationship management.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key participants in the market.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data while accurately tracking client interactions and opportunities.
• Oversee sales workflows and progress within the pipeline.
• Track lead activity and facilitate timely follow-up processes.
• Aid in pipeline reporting, forecasting, and analysis of sales performance.
• Monitor relationship milestones and engagement metrics.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and sales collateral.
• Support LinkedIn campaigns, conference communications, and outreach efforts.
• Coordinate preparation for conferences and follow-up activities post-event.
• Aid in the development of messaging, presentations, and commercial content.
• Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
• Help with scheduling meetings and organizing event logistics.
• Perform research on attendees and identify relevant prospects before events.
• Gather market intelligence and seek relationship-building opportunities during conferences and meetings.
• Monitor commercial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Evaluate outreach performance and pipeline activity.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with senior members of the commercial team to scale Tangible's fintech business.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• A strong interest in financial markets, private equity, and alternative investments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational capabilities.
• An analytical mindset and comfort in working with data.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Candidates must be willing to pursue and maintain FINRA registration.
• Preferred: Internship experience in finance, sales, consulting, fintech, wealth management, investment management, or the financial services sector.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Preferred: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.
• Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn and professional networking tools.
• Preferred: Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or entrepreneurial experience through internships, student organizations, athletics, or extracurricular activities.
• Preferred: A strong desire to build a career in financial sales and business development.
• Sponsorship and support for the necessary FINRA licensing process.
• Opportunities for travel to conferences, roadshows, and in-person meetings as required.
