This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Build and nurture strong business relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and cosmetics teams within the designated territory.
• Customize recommendations based on the unique profile, potential, and cosmetics maturity of each pharmacy.
• Serve as the primary field contact for inquiries and initiatives related to cosmetics.
• Promote and sell cosmetics programs, promotional efforts, and assortments that align with banner strategies.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing in-store cosmetics sales.
• Secure pharmacy commitment and involvement in cosmetics initiatives.
• Follow up on business prospects and the adoption of in-store programs.
• Ensure adherence to in-store merchandising standards, concepts, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct regular visits to pharmacies to evaluate execution, identify gaps, and suggest corrective measures.
• Support in-store teams by providing coaching, field accompaniment, and reinforcing best practices.
• Prepare and deliver performance reviews that cover outcomes, execution, and growth opportunities.
• Act as a liaison among pharmacies, banner teams, and cosmetics suppliers.
• Offer structured feedback regarding products, execution challenges, training needs, and customer experience.
• Assist with training and onboarding initiatives for cosmetics teams as required.
• College diploma or equivalent experience in retail, business administration, cosmetology, marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, cosmetics, the beauty industry, or a pharmacy setting.
• Strong understanding of cosmetics products, merchandising principles, and sales drivers.
• Ability to influence pharmacy owners and store teams in a customer-centric commercial role.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer interaction skills.
• Strong sales orientation paired with a consultative approach and focus on execution.
• Capacity to influence, promote programs, and gain store engagement without direct supervisory authority.
• Hands-on, solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capability to effectively manage a territory and multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Comfort with retail tools and training technologies.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
