This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Identify, map, and cultivate trusted relationships with technical, procurement, and project management stakeholders at TotalEnergies, Technip Energies, and Saipem headquarters.
• Establish INTECH as the preferred partner for Automation, Electrical, Digital, Skids, and Well Head Control Panels solutions.
• Lead and finalize HQ-level and product-specific pre-qualification processes across relevant disciplines.
• Secure and uphold vendor registrations and project-specific approvals.
• Monitor brownfield upgrades, digital transformation initiatives, and greenfield capital projects originating from French headquarters.
• Identify project managers and engineering leads responsible for global execution.
• Develop and manage a robust and sustainable opportunity pipeline.
• Convert strategic relationships into RFQs issued under INTECH’s name.
• Influence technical specifications prior to the issuance of tenders.
• Collaborate with proposal, engineering, and execution teams to create competitive and successful bids.
• Support involvement in greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Travel frequently to operating countries across Africa to align headquarters stakeholders with local execution teams.
• Enhance on-ground relationships to improve project win ratios.
• Assist with technical and commercial clarifications and contribute to contract negotiations.
• Propel strategic growth for INTECH Automation Intelligence, an industrial automation and digitalization technology company serving global oil and gas enterprises.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10–12 years of demonstrated Sales & Business Development experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience selling as a contractor/sub-contractor to TotalEnergies France headquarters.
• Strong history in brownfield upgrade and modernization project sales.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (DCS/PLC).
• Understanding of electrical systems.
• Knowledge of field instrumentation.
• Awareness of integrated industrial solutions.
• French nationality.
• Native French speaker with fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently, approximately 40–50% (Africa and Dubai).
• Strong executive presence and cultural fluency.
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Commercially astute with credible technical knowledge.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adept at working across multicultural environments in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
