Business Coaching Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture proactive relationships with designated pharmacy clients.

• Organize and facilitate regular virtual meetings with pharmacy proprietors.

• Analyze reports, account activities, and Salesforce notes to prepare for client meetings.

• Execute follow-up actions post-meeting, including summaries and subsequent steps.

• Record customer interactions and account updates in Salesforce.

• Assist pharmacy owners with business coaching, setting objectives, and tracking progress.

• Solicit customer feedback on the business coaching initiative.

• Gather and assess financial data, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.

• Utilize Excel-based tools for benchmarking and in-depth business analysis.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and boost business performance.

• Oversee a substantial portfolio of accounts while ensuring organization and effective follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role centered on relationship management, customer success, coaching, or account support.

• Excellent active listening and communication abilities.

• Capability to influence, coach, and establish trust with customers or business partners.

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and phone-based communication systems.

• Comfortable discussing business performance, objectives, and operational challenges with clients.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and proficient in managing follow-ups across multiple accounts.

• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmacy operations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Background in customer service, business support, or leadership in a relevant environment will also be taken into account.
