This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Business Central Functional and Technical Consultants.
• Offer technical direction and daily leadership for support and change initiatives.
• Assist with performance evaluations, development strategies, and skill enhancement.
• Direct the technical and functional strategy for Business Central within the Managed Services division.
• Ensure that delivery teams adhere to ITIL-compliant Incident, Problem, and Change Management protocols.
• Track SLA, KPI, and service performance metrics, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for intricate Business Central support challenges.
• Maintain knowledge bases, runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support documentation.
• Guide clients on Microsoft release cycles, upgrades, and Business Central roadmaps.
• Act as the main escalation contact for customers using Business Central managed services.
• Engage in Monthly and Quarterly Service Reviews.
• Present on service performance, SLA compliance, improvement efforts, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams, practice leadership, and service management to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong functional and technical comprehension of Business Central solutions.
• Previous experience in leading, mentoring, or coordinating consultants or support teams.
• Background in Managed Services, ERP Support, or Consulting environments.
• Familiarity with Business Central ISV solutions, including Continia, Jet Reports, Insight Works, and Power BI.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.
