Business Central Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver ongoing functional assistance to Business Central clients.

• Execute implementation tasks independently while working collaboratively with the implementation team.

• Organize personal schedules and facilitate meetings and calls for both clients and Crestwood.

• Act as a Business Central ERP systems analyst for solution deployment and problem-solving.

• Implement Business Central modules such as Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Projects.

• Oversee complete implementations from client introduction and kickoff to training, configuration, data migration, acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and support.

• Keep weekly project documentation updated and manage time/expense records for project management and invoicing purposes.

• Communicate product updates, new features, useful tips, support and bug fixes, as well as implementation guides with team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software.

• More than 7 years of experience in software implementation across various ERP solutions.

• Experience with the Financials module is essential.

• Acquire relevant third-party certifications as deemed necessary.

• Attain certification and expertise in assigned software systems, including any required publisher certifications.

• Continuously enhance professional skills through books, seminars, and training opportunities.
