This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Operations and Business teams to pinpoint areas for improvement and prioritize business and informational needs.
• Create and oversee business intelligence solutions.
• Comprehend the information requirements and data sources of business partners, including SAP, Workday, CMS, and BPC.
• Design Tableau dashboards, Power BI dashboards, and reporting solutions based on Excel/SQL.
• Promote the interpretation, understanding, and utilization of analytic insights.
• Deliver actionable information that facilitates decision-making.
• Set priorities and deadlines, evaluate resources, and outline subsequent steps.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting/dashboard functionalities and promote automation.
• Recognize development needs to streamline and enhance organizational operations, efficiency, and profitability.
• Resolve issues reported by business partners.
• Enhance the quality, accuracy, and completeness of foundational data.
• Provide month-end reporting, process enhancements, and ad hoc assistance.
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Computer and Information Science.
• At least two years of experience creating dashboards/visualizations in data visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• A robust work ethic with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving excellence.
• Previous experience with programs like SQL, DAX, etc., is advantageous.
• Good grasp of relational database concepts is a plus.
• Proven ability and skill in handling data and numbers.
• Capability to gather and compile pertinent data.
• Excellent analytical skills with a systematic approach to thinking.
• Strong business analysis capabilities.
• Effectively works both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
