This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Conduct interviews, research, and process observations to uncover automation opportunities.
• Develop process maps, requirements documents, and solution designs that reflect optimized workflows.
• Create and test automated workflows utilizing no-code or low-code platforms.
• Address issues in workflows that fail to meet customer expectations.
• Revise existing workflows in response to evolving user requirements and champion intuitive end-user experiences.
• Provide first-line support to business and legal users of CLM platforms and legal AI tools.
• Assist with data quality, reporting, testing, and administrative tasks.
• Facilitate workshops, client presentations, and real-time problem-solving sessions.
• Manage projects by overseeing timelines, scope, and budget.
• Produce client-facing reports, proposals, and relevant documentation.
• Acquire expertise in legal technology tools, workflow best practices, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with engineers, legal professionals, developers, and various cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed about legal technology trends and identify avenues for innovation and growth.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, legal studies, MIS, computer science, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in consulting, legal operations, or process automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly concerning processes and systems.
• Capability to articulate complex ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in creating process documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications or configurations.
• Skilled in productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or Lucidchart.
• Technical proficiency and eagerness to learn no-code or low-code platforms.
• Enthusiasm for legal technology, operations, or enterprise workflow automation.
• An entrepreneurial mindset that is confident, adaptable, and proactive.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.
• Familiarity with TAP, ServiceNow, Onit, Checkbox, Airtable, Malbek, or Tonkean is advantageous.
• Experience working with legal departments or similar functions is preferred.
• Proven leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular contexts.
• Relevant internships or experience at early-stage startups is favored.
