• Grasp, challenge, and enhance the business, customer needs, strategic objectives, and team operations to achieve desired results.

• Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements in alignment with key strategic principles.

• Engage with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to gather and document both functional and non-functional needs.

• Review existing system documentation and summarize current system functionalities.

• Aid in identifying team priorities based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and team members.

• Familiarity with Wealth platforms and client requirements is preferred.
