This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT department.

• Facilitate sessions for gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and interviewing stakeholders.

• Assess existing business processes and design future workflows leveraging ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.

• Develop functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Perform gap analyses and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, solution architects, and technical teams.

• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules.

• Create and execute testing strategies, test scripts, and user acceptance testing activities.

• Organize stakeholder reviews, demonstrations, and training sessions.

• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and recommendations for process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role supporting ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, or platform operations.

• Strong proficiency with ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.

• Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, requirements engineering, and developing functional specifications.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation required at the time of proposal submission.
