This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct discovery sessions with business line teams through interviews, workshops, and observation of real-time workflows.
• Document current work processes, identifying who is involved, as well as where costs and efforts are concentrated.
• Create mappings of both current-state and target-state processes, capturing volumes, handoffs, systems, exceptions, and cycle times.
• Establish quantitative baselines utilizing data on time, volume, and cost while maintaining logs of assumptions.
• Prepare inputs for modeling, perform sensitivity analyses, and keep evidence that supports savings initiatives.
• Draft business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria specifically for the Automation and AI sector.
• Address design inquiries throughout the development process.
• Compile inputs for the implementation plan, detailing changes in processes, roles, dependencies, and business decisions.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and the rollout process alongside the transformation team PMO and project management resources.
• Gather data on adoption and usage post-launch to ensure benefits can be tracked effectively.
• Utilize AI agents for tasks such as transcription, synthesis, analysis, and documentation, ensuring their outputs are verified against source materials.
• Uphold uniform documentation standards among business analysts and colleagues involved in process mapping.
• Contribute to the development of reusable templates, process libraries, and design patterns.
• Identify risks, scope alterations, and data gaps, communicating these to the Strategy and Design Lead along with recommended solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations consulting, or transformation delivery.
• Proficient in process mapping and current state documentation using recognized notations or accepted standards.
• Skilled in requirements gathering and documentation, including interviews, workshops, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with advanced Excel capabilities to establish baselines from raw data on volume, time, and costs.
• Capable of leading discovery conversations with seasoned operational staff to understand actual workflows.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment, adept at operating with incomplete information and iterating towards outcomes.
• Practical knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of AI and automation technologies.
• Experience working with AI agents and integrating them into project delivery, including reviewing their outputs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and timelines independently, present completed work for approval, and escalate issues proactively.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English to facilitate collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Background in consulting, strategy, or transformation practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and visualization is preferred.
• Experience in offshoring, shared services, or platforming is preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate services, facilities management, or comparable global services is preferred.
• Experience with automation or AI project delivery, including writing requirements for workflow automation, agents, or data products is preferred.
