This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.
• Conduct analysis and interpretation to connect business needs and objectives for the designated function.
• Assist in member communications by collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Assess data and system dependencies.
• Convert approved business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business, technical, compliance, and operational teams.
• Aid in the development, testing, implementation, and validation of solutions against approved business and regulatory requirements.
• Support business initiatives through data analysis and the identification of implementation challenges.
• Execute user acceptance testing of new systems.
• Identify and evaluate business requirements, procedures, data and system dependencies, and issues to enhance existing processes.
• Conduct detailed project analysis, document requirements, propose business solutions, and assist with testing and implementation.
• Improve performance management, requirements quality and traceability, and operational reporting.
• Develop and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between business units to clarify requirements, address gaps, and facilitate stakeholder review and approval.
• Help in formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, complete, and testable functional or technical specifications is extremely valuable.
• Familiarity with member communications, document composition, user acceptance testing, requirements traceability, change control, or regulated business processes is preferred.
• Understanding of upstream systems, data elements, interfaces, dependencies, and downstream effects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Project management experience is preferred.
