Business Analyst – Market Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, especially users in the United States, to grasp their needs and objectives.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and user stories.

• Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for the development teams.

• Assist technical teams during implementation by offering clarification and guidance on functional requirements.

• Validate the delivered solutions against business expectations and functional specifications.

• Oversee requirements throughout the project lifecycle and address functional queries and issues.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable functional analysis position.

• Strong understanding of Market Risk concepts, processes, and associated financial products.

• Familiarity with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, define, and structure intricate business requirements.

• Experience collaborating closely with software development teams in Agile and/or traditional project settings.

• Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

• Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders located in the United States.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to convert business needs into actionable development requirements.
