This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement and advancement of Digital Banking's strategic and on-demand analytics capabilities.
• Assess specific business requirements and create relevant documentation to guide decision-making.
• Generate data-driven reports that support management decisions regarding the creation or expansion of digital content.
• Analyze data and conduct quality control on reporting and analysis for the Bank's digital portfolio.
• Formulate approaches and methodologies to address business inquiries, evaluate digital opportunities, and assess market potential.
• Design dashboards and automated processes to enhance reporting quality and efficiency, consolidate data, and aid in tag management and web analytics software implementations.
• Provide insights from data mining, segmentation, customer profiling, and quantitative analyses to identify acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention opportunities through digital channels.
• Incorporate approved recommendations into business strategies, plans, and tactics alongside business partners.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Content Management teams to develop measurement strategies for updates and campaigns of digital content.
• Educate business partners on how to utilize analytics capabilities, prepare reports, and effectively leverage report data.
• Comply with company risk and regulatory standards, policies, controls, and Risk Appetite.
• Report risk-related matters to management.
• Foster diversity and uphold the Bank brand.
• Maintain internal control standards and address internal and external audit findings as well as relevant regulatory issues.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in marketing, product management, finance, analytics, and/or data management, or alternatively, a combined total of 8 years in higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years in the aforementioned fields.
• Understanding of statistical concepts.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities.
• Experience in compiling and interpreting technical information.
• Skilled in presenting to a non-technical audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant statistical tools and techniques, such as linear regression, time series analysis, factor analysis, and cluster analysis, used for modeling, segmentation, and data analysis.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficient with relevant web analytics and tag software.
