Business Analyst – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage extensive expertise in business processes to define and design client solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

• Ensure that development initiatives are thoroughly documented and delivered to a high standard.

• Take ownership of the overall results of projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Assist in client demonstrations, working sessions, and workshops.

• Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles.

• Contribute to projects and programs that focus on future concepts, products, and technologies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for sprint work for other Business Analysts/Business Process Consultants on the team.

• Provide guidance to junior team members.

• Support the management of SDLC-related ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in business processes across multiple suites and process areas beyond that suite within the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong functional knowledge of several ServiceNow suites in addition to IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Ability to discuss business requirements regarding integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.

• Certification as a System Administrator is preferred.

• Prior development and/or architecture experience is strongly preferred.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
