Business Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors, Data Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collect and document comprehensive requirements for Talent projects, encompassing SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration necessities.

• Evaluate current Talent processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose solutions utilizing SAP SuccessFactors along with other technologies.

• Design and execute data integration solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

• Guarantee precise and secure data transmission between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.

• Produce business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, process flows, and related documentation.

• Formulate test plans and scenarios and carry out testing and validation activities.

• Foster communication among business stakeholders, project teams, and technical professionals.

• Assist end-users in adapting to new systems and processes.

• Identify and address project issues and risks, escalating them as needed.

• Engage in ongoing initiatives for process and system functionality improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors are preferred.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with an emphasis on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.

• 5 to 8 years of industry experience, preferably in Talent.

• Strong grasp of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within SAP SuccessFactors.

• Expertise in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.

• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to convert business needs into actionable technical specifications.

• Strong documentation capabilities, encompassing requirement documents, process flows, and test plans.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate outcomes.

• A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow.

• Ability to work virtually with global teams.

• Advanced conversational skills in English and Spanish are essential.

• Foreigners residing in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
