Business Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collect and document comprehensive requirements for Talent projects, encompassing SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration necessities.

• Evaluate current Talent processes and propose solutions utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.

• Design and execute data integration solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

• Ensure the secure and precise flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.

• Create business requirement documentation, process maps, use cases, and other related materials.

• Develop testing plans and scenarios, and carry out testing and validation activities.

• Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists.

• Assist end-users in adapting to new systems and processes.

• Identify, manage, and escalate project-related issues and risks.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives and recommend system enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors are preferred.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.

• 5 to 8 years of industry experience, preferably in the Talent sector.

• Strong understanding of Talent processes and the functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors.

• Expertise in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.

• Exceptional analytical skills for translating business needs into technical specifications.

• Strong documentation skills, encompassing requirement documents, process flows, and testing plans.

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis methodologies.

• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results.

• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

• Capability to work virtually with global teams.
