Business Analyst – SAP MM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver application support by investigating and resolving incidents, user inquiries, and requests

• Engage in multidisciplinary projects and teams aimed at the ongoing enhancement of processes and systems

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, converting business needs into technological solutions

• Act as a functional subject-matter expert in procurement and tax processes associated with SAP MM

• Create and maintain functional documentation, processes, and procedures

• Plan, oversee, and carry out functional tests along with user acceptance testing

• Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and quality of delivery

• Recognize improvement opportunities and facilitate the continuous advancement of corporate processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Familiarity with IT best practices

• Background in business analysis, process analysis, or a comparable role

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements

• Proficient in SAP MM

• Experience in providing SAP MM application support and participating in SAP MM projects

• Understanding of tax processes related to SAP MM

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)

• Ability to analyze processes and extract business requirements

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori

• Experience in preparing functional documentation

• Understanding of SAP integrations with satellite systems

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
