📋 Description

• Prioritize and execute tasks alongside a specialized team of business analysts focused on driving advanced quality initiatives.

• Lead IT projects aimed at enhancing data quality upstream.

• Support the development of newer team members through mentorship and guidance.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to define, document, and communicate business requirements and anticipated impacts.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish key specifications and business outcomes at the onset of technical projects.

• Analyze, plan, design, document, or recommend enhancements to business and quality processes that align with client technology objectives.

• Ensure that requirements are satisfied by approving and validating testing results.

• Investigate client business goals and data requirements to confirm that developed products fulfill client expectations.

• Engage with clients regarding data-related inconsistencies and other important issues to gather information and rectify errors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Managed Care, Provider, Claims Adjudication, Medicaid, or Medicare.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience specifically in the Managed Care Module.

• More than 6 years of functional business experience in areas such as Eligibility, Claims, or Provider.

• Strong knowledge of SQL.

• Proficiency in writing complex queries.

• Proven ability to effectively gather requirements.

• Competence in documenting requirements and validating observations with business owners.

• Capability to perform fit/gap analysis based on specified requirements.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel.

• Ability to produce comprehensive and detailed design documents and test plans/execution for medium to large-scale initiatives.

• Skill in researching, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements.
