This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist leadership by evaluating business processes, systems, and technologies to uncover areas for enhancement.

• Manage and configure pertinent business systems and platforms.

• Act as a systems administrator/coordinator for applicable business systems and platforms.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and guidance regarding technology updates and changes.

• Provide second-level technical support for teams utilizing business systems, resolving intricate issues.

• Help team members with technology-related inquiries and optimize system usage and efficiency.

• Conduct regular audits of business systems to ensure compliance with processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Stay informed about business needs and processes while understanding the technological impact on operational workflows.

• Maintain a solid understanding of relevant business operations and project activities.

• Create and manage ad-hoc reports to identify trends and monitor performance.

• Assess existing business processes and implement improvement initiatives.

• Serve as a resource for real-time adjustments and changes in operations.

• Provide expertise to the reporting team with data validation as required.

• Mentor, assist, and guide junior team members.

• Lead projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Utilize approved AI-assisted tools for coding/scripting, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, technical research, and related tasks; validate AI-generated outputs and support the adoption of AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• More than seven (7) years of experience in data analysis, business operations, and software solutions.

• Comprehensive experience with large-scale software solutions and systems.

• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with all levels of management across various departments.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, along with team leadership capabilities.

• Must be results-driven, customer-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

• Ability to clearly convey messages to diverse audiences.

• Flexible and adaptable; capable of functioning in ambiguous circumstances.

• Ability to establish processes and procedures that yield results.

• Capacity to inspire teams towards a common goal and pursue excellence.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, including strong presentation capabilities.
